We start with the questions you get most, the pages and documents that answer them, and the moments a person must step in. We load only that information, test the assistant against real questions from your own inbox and calls before anyone relies on it, and write down what it should never answer. Once it is live, every conversation is on record, so you can see what people ask, what it answered and where it handed over, and we use that to make it better each week.

What does it answer from?
Only from the information you choose: your site, your documents, your records. It does not make up an answer from the open internet when yours has none.
Can it get things wrong?
Any model can. We keep it to your information, show the source beside each answer, and have it hand over to a person when it is unsure.
Where does it run?
