AI joined to the tools
you already use.
Your accounting, your scheduling, your inbox and your files: we join AI to what you run today, and build from scratch only when nothing fits.

Can AI work with the software we already have?
Usually, yes. Most business software can be reached through its own connections, and where it cannot, through the files and inboxes it already uses. We join AI to what you run today, so nobody has to change how they work, and build from scratch only when nothing out there fits the work.
- Joined, not replacedYour accounting, scheduling, CRM and files stay where they are.
- Moves data between systemsThe copying and retyping between tools, done for you.
- Custom where it countsBuilt from scratch when the work is yours alone.
- Yours to keepThe code, the rules and the records belong to you.
How we join AI to what you have
Most business software has its own way in: a connection for other tools, an export, an inbox it reads. We use those first, so nothing about how your people work has to change. Where a system has no way in, we work from the files and reports it already produces. When we build something new, it is yours: the code, the rules and the records, kept where you can see them and move them if you ever choose to.
Questions
What if our software is old?
We have joined AI to older systems through their files, exports and inboxes. If it is time to replace them, our sister company MakeUsModern does exactly that.
Who owns what you build?
You do: the code, its rules, its records and its data, to keep, audit, switch off or move.
How do we start?
Tell us the work that takes the most time and the tools it runs through. We start with one useful thing and build from there.
More of what we build
Every project is built the way we work: we listen, build one useful thing first, run it, and stay.
