What is AI search over company documents?
It lets anyone in the business ask a question in plain words and get the answer from your own documents, records, shared drives and inbox, with the source right beside it. Each person finds only what they are already allowed to see, and nothing is sent anywhere you have not agreed to.
- Plain questionsNo folders to dig through and no exact words to remember.
- Answers with sourcesEvery answer links the document or record it came from.
- Each person sees their shareIt finds only what the person asking may already open.
- Kept currentNew and changed files are read as they arrive.
What it reads, and what it leaves alone
We agree the list of sources with you before anything is read: which drives, which mailboxes, which systems, and which folders stay out entirely. Permissions come from those systems themselves, so when someone loses access to a folder, the search stops finding it for them too. Every answer quotes the passage it came from and links the file, so a person can always check the wording rather than trust a summary. It reads documents, spreadsheets and PDFs alike, and picks up changes as files are edited, so an answer reflects the current version rather than an old copy someone saved months ago.
Questions
Which files can it search?
Documents, spreadsheets, shared drives, email and the records in your systems. We agree the list with you before anything is read.
Can it show someone a file they should not see?
No. Every search runs as the person asking, so it can only return what they could already open themselves.
Where are our files kept?
Where they are today. For work that must stay private, the search runs on hardware you control.
