We build AI that checks every invoice against what you agreed to pay, claims what you are owed, and closes the month sooner, inside the systems you already run.
Start where money leaks: invoices that don’t match what you agreed to pay. An agent reads every invoice in any format and checks each line against the contract, price sheet, quote and purchase order: the price, the volume tier, the unit of measure, the quantity and any surcharge. A sample checks a few invoices; this checks every line, and a person decides on each exception with the line that proves it. Then the rebates and claims you are owed, and the close.

We don’t replace people.
We build tools that take the repetitive part off people’s desks, so they have more time for the work only they can do, and every day is a little easier. Every agent works for someone on your team, and a person stays in charge of what matters.
The rules you work under
We work within your rules.
It runs where your data already lives, and a person approves what matters. How we handle your data
Approvals and controlsThe agent finds and drafts. A person approves every payment, dispute and credit request, within the approval limits you already set.
Your system of recordThe ERP and the AP system stay the record. Every check is logged with the invoice line and the agreement it used.
Your prices stay yoursContracts and pricing are read where they sit and never train anyone else’s model.

Questions
What is contract price compliance?
Checking that every invoice line is billed at the price you agreed: the right unit price, tier, unit of measure and terms, with no charges the agreement doesn’t allow. A recovery audit runs the same check backward over invoices already paid.
Where does overbilling come from?
Mostly from ordinary drift, not fraud: a price list nobody updated, a quote that expired, the wrong volume tier, a case billed as each, a surcharge added later, or the same invoice sent twice. Each is small; across thousands of lines they add up.
Does it work with our ERP and AP software?
Yes. We work with the systems you already run, through their own connections where they have them, and through exports and reports where they do not.
Can it read our contracts and price sheets?
Yes: contracts, price lists, quotes, spreadsheets and job pricing, in the formats you already keep. Where an agreement is unclear, it asks a person instead of guessing.
Will it dispute charges with suppliers on its own?
No. It drafts the credit request with the invoice line and the agreement that proves it, and a person decides what to send.
We are a distributor. Does it handle our claims to manufacturers?
Yes. It matches each sale made under a special pricing agreement to that agreement, files ship‑and‑debit and price protection claims before their deadlines, and follows each one until it is paid.
