AI for public agencies.

We build AI that answers residents, moves permits along and handles records requests, inside the environment you already have accredited.

How can a public agency use AI?

On the volume that keeps staff from residents: questions, permit and license applications, records requests, case files and reports. It runs inside your own accredited environment, on your own hardware if you need it, and a public servant decides anything that affects a resident.

Desk by desk

What we would build across the office, each one trained on how your team works today.

We don’t replace people.

We build tools that take the repetitive part off people’s desks, so they have more time for the work only they can do, and every day is a little easier. Every agent works for someone on your team, and a person stays in charge of what matters.

The rules you work under

We work within your rules.

It runs where your data already lives, and a person approves what matters. How we handle your data

  • Your authority to operateIt runs inside your own accredited environment and is assessed under your authority to operate. On your hardware there is no outside cloud service to authorize under FedRAMP.
  • A public servant decidesThe agent drafts and prepares. A person decides anything that affects a resident.
  • An open recordEvery action is recorded with its reason, ready for an auditor or a records request.

Can people find you through AI?

We also make sure assistants can read and recommend you. Across 215 city and public service sites mttr has read, this is what most miss.

Counted by mttr, our own reader, as of October 30, 2026. A site counts when one of its pages fails. Their middle score is 82 of 100; a score does not say an assistant cites a site. Found by AI

Questions

Are you FedRAMP authorized?

No, and on your own hardware you do not need us to be. It runs inside your accredited environment and is assessed under your authority to operate. Security and trust.

Can it run with no internet connection?

Yes. Open weight models can run with no internet connection at all, and updates arrive the way your other software does, through your own review.

Will residents talk to a machine instead of a person?

Only for the questions your own pages already answer, and always with a way to reach a person.

Tell us about the work.
We’ll show you the AI for it.
