Enterprise AI · Business Super Intelligence

Business Super Intelligence.

Your dashboards show what happened. BSI answers why, and what to do next, from every system your company runs. We build it for you, on our own engine.

An engraving of a waterworks control hall: pipes and cable runs arriving from every direction and meeting at one great panel of dials around a single large gauge, a clean desk before it, and a tall arched window onto the river.

What is Business Super Intelligence?

The intelligence layer we build for one company. Every system it runs, from the CRM and ERP to billing, support, product data and the warehouse, is joined into one picture of the business. On top of it, AI answers questions in plain words, explains why a number moved, and says what is likely next, with every figure traced to the records it came from. It is the reporting a BI tool gives you, with the analysis and the next step done for you.

A dashboard shows what happened. BSI answers why.

Keep the dashboards you have. BSI works alongside them and answers what they can’t.

A dashboard

Answers the questions set up in advance

Someone decides which charts to build, from the one or two systems a report can reach. A new question waits for a new report, and the why is left to whoever reads it.

BSI

Answers the question you have now

Ask in plain words. It reads across every joined system, explains what changed and why, shows the records behind the answer, and says what it expects next and how sure it is.

Built on our own engine

The same harness, workflows and pipelines we run our own research on, set up around your systems.

Pipelines

Your systems, joined once

Each system read where it lives, on a schedule or as changes happen, with one key for each customer and every number defined once, in code.

Harness

AI that checks its work

Numbers are computed by code from the records; the model explains them and never invents one. It learns only from what a check confirms, the way our learning research works.

Workflows

Answers that reach the right person

The weekly forecast brief, the renewal at risk and the deal gone quiet, sent to the person who owns them, with a yes asked before anything goes out.

Where it runs

On hardware you control, if you need

In your own cloud account, or on hardware inside your network for data that can’t leave it.

What it answers

What we would build, team by team, each on your own data and checked against your own results. Most companies start with AI for sales.

Sales

Pipeline, forecast and deals.

  • Will we make the quarter? The forecast from the record, beside the team’s own call.
  • Which deals are at risk?Gone quiet, single threaded, or with a support escalation open.
  • What changed this week?Every deal that moved, slipped or grew, and why.
  • Where is the pipeline thin?By region, product and rep, against what it takes to hit plan.

Finance

Revenue, margin and cash.

  • Why did margin move?Down to the customer, product and price behind it.
  • What will we bill next month? From contracts, usage and renewals, not a spreadsheet copy.
  • Where are we overpaying?Invoices checked against the prices you agreed.
  • Do the numbers agree? One definition of revenue, so finance and sales see the same figure.

Customers

Renewals, usage and support.

  • Who is likely to churn?Usage, support and billing read together, months ahead.
  • Who is ready to buy more?Accounts using what they have and hitting its limits.
  • What are customers asking for?Support cases and calls grouped by what they ask for.
  • Who needs a call this week?A short list for each account owner, with the reason.

Operations

Orders, inventory and delays.

  • What will we run out of?Demand read from the pipeline and orders, not last year alone.
  • Which orders will be late?Flagged while there is still time to act.
  • Where does time go?Each step of the work measured from the records it leaves.
  • What should we fix first? The delays and costs worth the most, ranked.

Security

It works inside your rules.

It runs where your data lives, reads it with the permissions your people already have, and keeps every answer on record. How we handle your data

  • Each person’s permissionsAn answer draws only on what the person asking may already see in the source systems.
  • Numbers from recordsEvery figure is computed from your data and linked to the records behind it.
  • On the recordEvery question, answer and source is kept, so any answer can be checked later.
  • A person decidesBSI recommends. Anything that changes a record or reaches a customer waits for a yes.

How it starts

One answer at a time, each proven before the next.

  1. 01A working callWhich systems you run, which numbers you argue about, and which decision you most need to get right.
  2. 02Map the systemsWhich system is right about the customer, the contract, the usage and the case, and one key that joins them.
  3. 03One answer firstWe build the answer worth the most, run it beside your team, and check it against what really happens.
  4. 04Then the nextEach new answer is added on the same joined data, once the last one has earned its place.

Where to go next

Questions

Does it replace our BI tool?

No. Dashboards stay for what they do well: the same charts, every week. BSI answers the questions they weren’t built for, and can feed them the same joined, defined numbers.

Will the AI make up numbers?

No. Every number is computed by code from your records and linked to them. The model explains the numbers and drafts the answer; it never produces a figure on its own.

Which systems does it work with?

The ones you run. We connect through each system’s own interface where it has one, and through its exports where it does not. Most companies start with the CRM, billing and support.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot connectors?

Those reach one system at a time, as the person asking. BSI joins the systems first and defines each number once, so the answer covers the whole customer and agrees with finance. Why that comes first.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere new without your say. BSI can run in your own cloud account or on hardware inside your network, and it never trains anyone else’s model. Security and trust.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many systems and questions, and how much of the work your own people do. We say it in writing after the first call.
